To place an order, you must register a personal account on the Site.

The order will be sent after confirmation of receipt of funds to the seller’s account.

Terms of Return and Exchange of Goods

When paying by card, cash refunds are not allowed. The return procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems.

  • The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of the goods – within seven days;
  • Return of goods of proper quality is possible if their presentation, consumer properties, original packaging, tags on the product, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved;
  • The consumer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the person purchasing them;
  • If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller’s expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date of the consumer’s submission of the corresponding claim.

Exchange of goods in the appropriate quality is carried out in accordance with all the conditions of return and by placing a new order on the website.
